In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby informed of the resignation of Mr. Alwyn
Reginald Martin ("Alwyn") as independent non executive director of the Company
with effect from 11 April 2012. The Board would like to thank Alwyn for his
contributions to the Company during his tenure.
