Pan African strengthens board with appointment of Hester Hickey
Pan African, the African focused precious metals producer, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Hester Hickey as a Non Executive Director, who will
join the Board of the Company with immediate effect.
Hester Hickey, who will also sit on the audit committee, brings a wealth of
experience in corporate governance and audit, having worked as a trustee and
audit committee chairman for a variety of major resources companies in South
Africa.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Hester initially gained experience at
Ernst & Young and Liberty Life specialising in Corporate Governance and Risk and
more recently she held the position of Chairman of the South African Institute
of Chartered Accountants.

welcome Hester to the Company. Her 12 years of experience advising boards
across audit, corporate governance and risk will strengthen Pan African`s
expertise in these important arenas."
