DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE WHL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for WOOLWORTHS HOLDINGS
LTD and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to WOOLWORTHS
HOLDINGS LTD (WHL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 75 cents per WHLNIG share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 30 April 2012. The dividend is subject to the local tax of 15 percent,
resulting in a net dividend of 63.75 cents per share. There are no STC credits
available. The payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Thursday, 19 April 2012. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Friday, 20 April 2012. The
record date will be Thursday, 26 April 2012.
