Shareholders are advised, in terms of paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements ("Listings Requirements"),that the directors, DA Tod,
JAI Ferreira, RD Roos and JA Beukes have been allocated awards in terms of the
DAWN Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") on 12 April 2012.

JAI Ferreira 750 000 (direct beneficial)
RD Roos 500 000 (direct beneficial)
JA Beukes 500 000 (direct beneficial)
These awards were made off-market at the 5 days volume weighted average price
of R6,73 per share.
In terms of the Listings Requirements paragraph 3.66, approval for the issuing
of the awards has been obtained.
