In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, as
amended, and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011,
shareholders are advised that Village has received notification from JCI
Investment Finance (Proprietary) Limited (in respect of various portfolios
/ clients)("JCI") of the acquisition by JCI of Village shares, such that
JCI now has a beneficial interest in 5,54% of Village`s shares.
