DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SLM SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SANLAM LTD and that as
a result of the dividend declaration relating to SANLAM LTD (SLM) the Trustees
of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 130 cents per
SLMNII share instalment that is payable on Wednesday, 09 May 2012. The dividend
payable is still subject to STC. The payment will be rounded to two decimal
places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Thursday, 19 April 2012. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Friday, 20 April 2012. The
record date will be Thursday, 26 April 2012.
