Update relating to the new ISIN for Blackstar and timetable for corporate
actions around the transfer to Malta
Further to the Company`s announcement on 22 March 2012 in relation to the
transfer of the Company`s registered office from the United Kingdom to Malta
(the "Transfer") wherein shareholders were advised that the Company`s ISIN will
change from GB00B0W3NL87 to MT0000620105.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has experienced a delay in the
registration of the Company with the Maltese Registry of Companies. The delay is
anticipated to be resolved shortly.
Accordingly the Company will publish an updated timetable for the readmission
and the replacement of the Company`s existing ISIN in due course and the
timetable published on 22 March 2012 should be disregarded.
