RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF
NAMAQUALAND MINES
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements, dated 6 May 2011,
21 June 2011, 2 August 2011, 13 September 2011, 26 October 2011, 7 December
2011, 23 January 2012 and 5 March 2012 wherein Trans Hex announced that an
agreement with De Beers Consolidated Mines Limited ("DBCM") had been signed
in terms of which, and subject to certain conditions precedent, its 50% held
joint-venture company, Emerald Panther Investments 78 (Proprietary) Limited,
will acquire assets and liabilities relating to Namaqualand Mines, a
division of DBCM ("the Proposed Transaction").
Shareholders are advised that Trans Hex is currently finalising certain
aspects of the Proposed Transaction and therefore shareholders should
continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s securities until
a full terms announcement is made.
