of 7/8.
Details Of The Event:
* The last day to trade is Friday, 13 April 2012.
* The record date is Friday, 20 April 2012.
* The payment date is Monday, 23 April 2012.
Holders Of The OMLNII and OMLNNA Share Instalments Will Be Affected In The
Following Way:
* The ISIN codes will be amended to the following.
OMLNII new ISIN code will be ZAE000166815
OMLNNA new ISIN code will be ZAE000166823
* The issue size of both Share Instalments will be amended from 100 000 000
to 87 500 000.
* Position adjustments will be made on the OMLNII and OMLNNA. The share
installment holder will now hold 87 OMLNII (ZAE000166815) new share
installments for 100 OMLNII (ZAE000161188) old share installments and 87
OMLNNA (ZAE000166823) for every 100 OMLNAA (ZAE000164984) old share
instalments. All positions will be rounded down.
