Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Consolidated Infrastructure held on Monday, 16 April 2012 (in terms of the
notice of annual general meeting contained in the annual report issued on 1
March 2012) all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majorities.
