Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 63,284,182 Ordinary shares of US$0.54945 each
(the "Shares") to be block listed.
These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be allotted to
satisfy conversion of 4% Convertible Bonds due 2014. When issued these Shares
will rank pari passu with the existing Shares.
