Notice is given to Shareholders of the fifty-first Annual General Meeting of
the Company to be held on 18 May 2012, at 09h00, at EVRAZ Highveld Steel and
Vanadium Limited, Old Pretoria Main Road, eMalahleni, Mpumalanga, to transact
the business as set out in the 2011 Integrated Annual Report.
The Company`s 2011 Integrated Annual Report containing the audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2011 was posted to
shareholders today and contains no modifications to the audited results which
were published on 14 March 2011.
