TRADING STATEMENT
Life Healthcare is currently finalising its results for the six months ended
31 March 2012, which should be released on SENS on or about 11 May 2012.
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, a listed company is
required to publish a trading statement as soon as it becomes reasonably certain
that the financial results for the next period to be reported on will show a
20% or more difference from those of the previous corresponding reporting
period.
In this regard, shareholders are advised that earnings per share and headline
earnings per share are likely to be between 20% and 25% higher than that
reported for the six months ended 31 March 2011.
The forecast financial information on which this trading statement is based has
not been reviewed and reported on by the Company`s external auditors.
