CONSTITUTION OF SOCIAL AND ETHICS COMMITTEE
The board of directors of TCS hereby notifies its shareholders that, in terms of
Section 72(4) and Regulation 43 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), the
Company has, with effect from Wednesday, 11 April 2012, constituted a Social and
Ethics Committee ("the Committee").
Messrs Nkosinathi Chonco and Dumisani Mafu and Adv Elaine Page have been
appointed to the Committee, which will be chaired by Mr Nkosinathi Chonco.
