In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122 of the
Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of the following:
Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited has notified the Company that
accounts under its management has decreased its holding in the Company, such
that their total interest in the shares of the Company now amounts to 29.95% of
the total issued shares of the Company.
