Further to the announcement released on SENS today, please note minor change to
the name of Robatsi Genesis Investments 26 (Pty) Ltd:
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of
the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of the following:
Mobile has received formal notification that Coronation Asset Management (Pty)
Ltd has disposed of its entire 24.29% holding in the ordinary issued shares of
the company.
Simultaneously, Mobile has also received formal notification that Commlife
Holdings (Pty) Ltd`s nominee, Robatsi Genesis Investments 26 (Pty) Ltd, has
acquired 24.29% of the ordinary issued shares of the company.
