WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 9 December 2011, and the subsequent
renewal of such cautionary announcement, the latest of which was dated 7 March
2012, shareholders are advised that as discussions - the detail of which are set
out in the joint press release to be issued by Goliath Gold and Gold One
International today ("joint press release") - have been successfully concluded,
caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in
the Company`s securities.
Shareholders are advised that these discussions pertain to, inter alia, the
acquisition by Goliath Gold of the historical mining and technical data ("Mining
Data") from the Sellers, being Pamodzi Gold East Rand Proprietary Limited,
Consolidated Modderfontein Mines 1979 Limited, Consolidated Modderfontein Mines
Limited, Nigel Gold Mining Proprietary Limited and The Grootvlei Proprietary
Mines Limited, as set out in the joint press release. The acquisition of the
Mining Data for a purchase consideration of ZAR5 million does not require any
formal disclosure in terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited.
