fifty-first Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 18 May 2012,
at 09h00, at EVRAZ Highveld Steel and Vanadium Limited, Old Pretoria Main
Road, eMalahleni, Mpumalanga, shareholders are advised of the following
important dates and times:

Shareholders are entitled to receive notice

Last day to trade in order to be eligible Friday, 4 May 2012
to vote at the meeting
Record date for attending and voting at Friday, 11 May 2012
