DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a distribution will be made
in respect of the quarter ended 31 March 2012.
This distribution will:
- be in an amount of 76.21 cents per PropTrax SAPY security, constituted
as follows:
- 73.71 cents in respect of dividends;
- 0.27 cents in respect of interest; and
- 2.23 cents in respect of other income, including manufactured
dividends;
- be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY securities who were recorded
in the register on Friday, 31 March 2012; and
- be effected on Monday, 23 April 2012.
