year ended 31 December 2011, are available on the company`s website and are
unchanged from the audited results which were published on SENS on 29 February
2012.
The 2011 integrated annual report, posted on 19 April 2012 is also available on
the company`s website on www.grindrod.co.za.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held in the boardroom, 1st Floor, Quadrant House, 115 Margaret Mncadi Avenue,
Durban on Wednesday, 30 May 2012 at 14h00, to transact business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting. The notice of annual general meeting forms
part of the integrated annual report.
