TRADING STATEMENT
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, companies are required to inform shareholders as soon as there is a
reasonable degree of certainty that the earnings of the company are likely to
vary by more than 20% compared to the previous reporting period.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the basic loss per share and headline loss
per share attributable to ordinary shareholders for the year ended 31 March 2012
are expected to decline by more than 20% when compared to those reported for the
corresponding previous year.
At this stage, the Company is unable to quantify, with reasonable certainty, the
expected financial results for the financial year to be reported on. An updated
trading statement will be released once the Company is able to quantify, with
reasonable certainty, the expected range of the decline in the financial
results.
The information in this trading statement has neither been reviewed or reported
on by the Company`s external auditors.
