CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - AMENDED ANNOUNCEMENT
In compliance with section 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that the board of directors announces the
resignation of Mr J van den Berg with immediate effect as a non-executive
director of Decillion.
The board would like to thank Mr J van den Berg for the contribution he made to
the company.
Mrs Erika Rossouw has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of
the board with immediate effect and will also serve as an audit committee member
and chairperson of the investment committee.
Erika is a CA (SA) and ACMA who qualified with Arthur Andersen where after she
moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers in Papa New Guinea as a Corporate Finance
Manager. In 2003 she joined ABSA Bank`s Corporate Asset Finance team from where
she joined Marsh as Finance Manager for Africa. In 2008 she joined Acc-Ross
Holdings as Head of Finance and Operations where she was later responsible for
all accounting matters related to a reverse take-over by Pinnacle Point Group.
She resigned after the take-over and took up contractual appointments amongst
other as Financial Director of TeleMasters Holdings.
