Gold One International Limited ("Gold One" or "the company") wishes to advise
that Mr Long Sun has been appointed as alternate director for Mr Yalei Sun.
Mr Long Sun (42), heads the Capital Markets Department of Baiyin Non-Ferrous
Co. Limited ("Baiyin"), and has been an employee of Baiyin for 20 years. He
was previously in charge of the restructuring of the Baiyin Group to its current
corporate form. Mr Sun was also a representative of the Chinese People`s
Political Consultative Conference for the Baiyin Municipality.
