UPDATED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BTI SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO PLC (BTI)shares, the holders of BTISTA share
instalments will receive a BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO PLC (BTI) dividend of
1078.44464 SA cents per Instalment. Please note a 15% dividend withholding tax
(DWT) will be applicable to non-exempt warrant holders resulting in a net
payment of 916.67794 SA cents per Instalment.
Last date to trade cum dividend Friday, 02/03/2012
Ex-dividend Date Monday, 05/03/2012
