PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS IN RESPECT OF THE CHANGE IN YEAR END
The directors of Mobile hereby announce that the Company will not be publishing
reviewed interim financial results for the 12 month period ended 31 December
2011, following its change of year end from December to March.
Instead, audited results for the 15 month financial period ended 31 March 2012
will be released on SENS, by no later than 30 April 2012.
The rationale for this is that the Company has been dormant since prior to the
publication of its interim results for the 6 month period ended 30 June 2011 and
hence, the results for the 15 month period would not differ materially from
those of the 12 month period. Additionally the costs incurred in their
publication would be an unnecessary drain on shareholder resources.
