Results of general meeting
Mercantile ordinary shareholders are advised that at the Company`s general
meeting held at 15:00 on Monday, 23 April 2012, the requisite majority of
shareholders approved the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution
proposed at the meeting regarding the proposed scheme of arrangement and
delisting of Mercantile, as contained in the notice of general meeting dated
22 March 2012. The special resolution will be lodged with the CIPC in due
course.
