The Company announces that a conditional award over 11,900 ordinary shares
of 54 86/91 US cents in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), granted to
Mr Seamus French, a PDMR, upon his appointment in 2009, vested on 12 April
2012. Mr French`s beneficial interest has therefore increased by 11,900
Shares.
The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company`s
obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and
Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
