DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE AGL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ANGLO AMERICAN PLC and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to ANGLO AMERICAN PLC
(AGL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount
of 359.98 cents per AGLNNF share instalment that is payable on Thursday, 26
April 2012. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 percent. No STC credits
were utilzed.This results in a net dividend of 305.983 per share instalment. The
payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 23 March 2012. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 26 March 2012.
The record date will be Friday, 30 March 2012.
