Company wishes to advise that Ms. Adri Wessels has resigned as Financial
Director to the Company with effect from 25 April 2012.
Further to the above, the board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr.
Dries Mellet as Financial Director to the Company, with effect from 25 April
2012.
