RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the circular dated 22 March 2012 relating, inter
alia, to an authority to remunerate the non-executive directors of Spur in terms
of section 66(9) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008, the restructuring
of the company`s audit committee and the appointment of the social and ethics
committee of Spur and are advised that all the special and ordinary resolutions
proposed therein were approved by shareholders at the general meeting held
today.
