section 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements, Linked Unitholders are hereby
advised that the Company has received formal notification of the following
movement in its securities:
Regarding Capital Management (Proprietary) Limited ("RECM"), on behalf of its
clients, has reduced its holding in the issued Linked Units of the Company from
15.1% to 14.9%.
