ISSUES OF SHARES FOR CASH - CORRECTION OF PRO FORMA FINANCIAL EFFECTS
1 INTRODUCTION
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 25 April 2012,
specifically the pro forma financial effects of the general and specific
issues for cash. The pro forma financial effects on the net asset value and
tangible net asset value for the general and specific issues for cash were
incorrect. The correct pro forma effects on the issues are tabled below.
