VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the
following:
On 24 April 2012, the Company allotted 56,427 new ordinary shares of 50 pence
each in order to satisfy the exercise of share options by a former employee. As
a result of this allotment, the Company`s issued share capital now consists of
860,403,596 ordinary shares of 50 pence each with voting rights. The Company
does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Capital Shopping Centres Group
PLC is 860,403,596.
The above figure of 860,403,596 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA`s
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
