CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE listing requirements shareholders are
advised that Jenny Etchells will be resigning as Financial Director of the
Company effective 31 May 2012 but will remain as a Non-Executive Director on the
board.
Jenny will be joining Edge to Edge Global Investments Limited, the company that
Nutritional Holdings has an exclusive manufacturing agreement with to
manufacture the Imuniti Nutritional Supplement Combo Pack.
Clayton Angus, currently a Non-Executive Director will take up the position as
Financial Director of the Company with effect from 1 June 2012. Clayton is a
Chartered Accountant - CA(SA) and presently the Chief Financial Officer of
Nurturing Orphans of Aids for Humanity (NOAH). He served his articles of
traineeship with KPMG and has a vast experience in business both in South Africa
and London where he worked for two years.
