APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Babalwa Ngonyama and Ms Neo Phakama
Dongwana have been appointed non-executive directors of the board of the
Company with effect from 1 May 2012.
Shareholders are also advised that in terms of section 94 (6) of the
Companies Act (Act 71 of 2008) the board of directors has appointed Babalwa
Ngonyama to the audit committee with effect from 1 May 2012.
