In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of B&W ("the Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mr Steve Pinkney has resigned as an executive director of
the Company with effect from 30 April 2012.
The Board thanks Steve for his contribution to the Company and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.
