VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT OF CAPITAL`S EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN ACQUIRING ALL THE
ASSETS OF SA CORPORATE
Unitholders are referred to the Capital cautionary announcement published on
SENS on 25 April 2012 and are advised that, on 30 March 2012, Capital formally
advised SA Corporate Real Estate Fund ("SA Corporate") of Capital`s interest in
acquiring all of the assets of SA Corporate (the "envisaged acquisition").
Capital has made proposals as regards the pricing of the envisaged acquisition
and the basis on which the price would be settled by Capital, partly in cash and
partly in Capital units. Discussions between the relevant parties have been
scheduled in order to address these and other details of the envisaged
acquisition.
