PASSING OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board
wishes to advise of the passing of Mr MH (Thys) Visser, non-executive
director, following a motor car accident on 26 April 2012.
Thys joined the FirstRand Limited Board in 2009. His widely acknowledged
integrity, his support and wise contribution to Board and Committee
deliberations will be greatly missed.
