Tradehold shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the cautionary
announcement published on the Securities Exchange News Service ("SENS") on 2
February 2012 wherein they were advised that the Company is considering a
transaction which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
price of the Company`s securities and a further cautionary announcement
published on SENS on 15 March 2012.
Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
