shareholder, has been appointed as company secretary with effect from 01 May
2012. The relationship that exists between Ms. van der Merwe and iThemba
Governance and Statutory Solutions (Pty) Ltd ensures continuity in the office of
company secretary and Protech will continue to benefit from the wealth of
experience of Ms. van der Merwe as a seasoned corporate lawyer and company
secretary in the listed environment.
