Holdings
In compliance with section 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mr Brent Williams has
been appointed as the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with
immediate effect.
Mr Williams holds an LLM from Harvard University Law School and has
extensive experience in all aspects of South African corporate and
commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He
also advises on broad-based black economic empowerment transactions. Mr
Williams began his career as a Candidate Attorney at Y Ebrahim & Co., later
becoming an Associate and, subsequently, a Director, a position he held
following Y Ebrahim & Co.`s absorption into Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr. In 2011,
Williams was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr, the
first of the top five law firms to appoint a black CEO.

The appointment of Williams also places the Company in compliance with
section 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements.
