RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of
shareholders of KayDav held on Thursday, 3 May 2012 (in terms of the
notice of annual general meeting contained in the KayDav annual report
issued on 30 March 2012) all of the resolutions tabled thereat were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.
