PASSING OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by Remgro Limited
recording the tragic death of Mr MH ("Thys") Visser following a car accident on
26 April 2012.
Mr Visser served as a non-executive director of both RMBH and RMI.
In paying homage to Mr Visser, GT Ferreira (chairman of both RMBH and RMI) said
that Thys Visser`s wise council and valued input on strategic matters will be
sorely missed at board level. The boards extend their deepest sympathy to Thys`s
family on their profound loss.
