NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008
and section 3.83(b) of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received
notice in the prescribed form that OBO Bettermann GmbH & Co ("OBO"), has
acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares in the company,
such that the total beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company held by OBO amounts to 6.28% of the total issued ordinary shares in
the Company.
