Further to the Company`s announcement on 13 April 2012 in relation to the
transfer of the Company`s registered office from the United Kingdom to Malta
(the "Transfer") and the consequential change to the Company`s ISIN from
GB00B0W3NL87 to MT0000620105, the unexpected delay has now been resolved and the
Company is today announcing the revised timetable for the readmission and the
replacement of the Company`s existing ISIN following completion of the Transfer,
as set out below:
