Shareholders are referred to a previous announcement released on SENS dated 27
January 2012 in terms of which Mr. Andreas Voogt was appointed as chief
financial officer to the Group.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Voogt has also been appointed as
financial director and that the effective date of Mr. Voogt`s appointment is 3
May 2012.
