NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Following the announcement dated 16 March 2012 regarding the Company
and various of its subsidiary companies, including Seardel Group Trading (Pty)
Ltd ("SGT"), having settled various litigation proceedings and claims against
former directors and officers of Seardel and entities controlled by those
persons ("the settlement"), shareholders are advised that the company has posted
a circular to shareholders today relating to the approval required for the share
repurchase, which forms part of the settlement.
Notice is hereby given that the general meeting of the company will be held at
14:30 on Monday, 4 June 2012, at the registered offices of Seardel, 1 Moorsom
Avenue, Epping Industria 2, 7460 Cape Town, to transact business as stated in
the notice of the general meeting.
