APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
This SENS announcement is being issued in terms of Section 3.59(a) of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements.
The board of directors of Buildmax ("the Board") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Ms Gillian Miller as Company Secretary with immediate effect.
Ms Miller is an Associate Company Secretary accredited with the Institute of
Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Ms Miller was previously employed by
KPMG as a Senior Corporate Governance Advisor and was the contributor and
project manager of KPMG`s Third Edition of the Toolkit for the Company Director.
The Board looks forward to her contribution.
