UPDATE TO CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on the
Securities Exchange News Service ("SENS") on 25 April 2012 by SA Corporate
and Capital Property Fund ("CPL") as well as the subsequent voluntary
announcement by CPL on 2 May 2012 relating to CPL`s expression of interest
in acquiring all the assets of SA Corporate.
SA Corporate confirms that an unsolicited approach by way of an expression
of interest letter has been received from CPL to acquire the assets of SA
Corporate, however at this stage no exclusivity has been granted nor has
any agreement been reached between the parties in any form.
Accordingly, unitholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
trading in the Fund`s units until a further announcement has been made.
