DIRECTORS` DEALINGS IN TERMS OF THE IPO AND BONUS SHARE SCHEMES
Shareholders are referred to the pre-listing statement, dated 18 October 2010
and more specifically the section therein referring to the share schemes
operated by RBPlat.
In terms of the IPO share scheme, the 417 416 ordinary shares issued to
employees in November 2010 during the Initial Public Offering process vested on
the 8th of May 2012 ("Vested Shares").
The Vested Shares have resulted in the following beneficial interests of the
executive directors, directors of a major subsidiary and the company secretary:

*The deemed value per share is based on a seven (7) day volume weighted average
price of R60.3227 as at 8 may 2012.
Further to the above, shareholders are advised that in terms of the Bonus Share
Plan, the bonus shares awarded to qualifying employees in May 2012 amount to 424
985 ordinary shares which have been issued at a deemed price of R57.99.
Such shares are to be held by the Company`s escrow agent on behalf of employees
for a period of three (3) years until the date of maturity of such shares.

company secretary, will receive the following awards:
